Sanctuary: Where land and water meet full circle

Sanctuary is a boutique villa collective in Kovalam on Chennai’s East Coast Road, inspired by the region’s coastal heritage and natural landscapes. Conceived as an artful collaboration with the land, the project builds around existing natural systems, with water treated as the central design element.

Designed for discerning residents with strong roots in Chennai, the villas balance proximity to city life with immersion in nature. Locally sourced materials, natural light, and ventilation create climate-responsive homes grounded in sustainability, water security, and long-term resilience.
